At Tshirtatech, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom printed products designed through our online software.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@tshirtatech.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

Shipping:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Contact us at support@tshirtatech.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Follow the return process to send back the original item.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will send out the new item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
